Description

Scope of Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Follow attached plans with the following revisions. Remove all existing floor tile. Tile for the floor will be 3”x3” sheet tile CROSSVILLE COLOR BLOX PORCELAIN STONE. Grout must be epoxy. Color of tile Sandbox A1101 and grout color Sugar Cookie 03. Pitch to floor drain will be 1/8th to 3/16th inch per foot. Contractor must warranty all work for one year from payment of job. Contractor must follow all Building codes and Commonly Accepted Building Standards.
