Description

The purpose of paving three existing parking lots within Block Park, located off of Abeel St. The estimated HUD funding for the project is $70,0000. The total paving area is approximately 30,020 SF or 0.69 acres. The construction methods for this project will consist of regrading of the existing gravel parking lot areas, placement of additional subbase material, compaction, and placement of asphalt binder and top courses.
