Description

Furnish all equipment, labor and materials required to complete the demolition and removal of the existing blighted structures, weatherproofing of adjacent structures exterior walls and associated site restoration. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Mount Carmel Borough, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. PA Prevailing Wage Rates and Related Acts apply to this Project. The Mount Carmel Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts.
