Parkway Drive Interceptor

The scope of work for this contract includes decommissioning an existing pump station, installation of approximately 5,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer piping, redirection of stormwater out of a combined sewer system, as well as rehabilitation of all effected construction areas. No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a cashiers certified or bank check or a Bid Bond equal to five percent of the maximum Bid, payable to the Owner, as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted, Bidder will execute and file the Agreement and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, within 10 days of Notice of Award. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. All taxes are the responsibility of the successful Bidder unless specifically exempted in the Bidding Documents.
