Construction of Sewer Collection System Rehabilitation

The Scope of Services will include, but may not be limited to, construction services to deliver a complete: Sewer Collection System Rehabilitation (CIPP Lining and Manholes)- The rehabilitation of manholes, gravity sewer main, and service laterals in various locations within the City of Fairhope. The proposed work on sewer manholes encompasses the following: lining interior of manhole with spray urethane or epoxy resin liner, replacement of frame, installation of inflow dish, installation of chimney seal, raising of manholes, and roadway/sidewalk/gutter repair on manholes that require replacement of frame. The proposed work on gravity sewer mains and service laterals encompass the following: point repair excavation, cured-in-place-pipe rehabilitation, and roadway repair after point repair excavation. Three hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days will be allowed for the completion of the project. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal process.
