Description

The City of Tucson is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Pump Repair and Maintenance Services for the City of Tucson’s Water Department (Tucson Water). Tucson Water currently has approximately 600 Booster, etc. types of pumps currently operating in the water system. Generally, approximately 60 pumps a year are repaired or replaced by either Tucson Water or by the Contractor’s staff. The types of pumps that will be repaired include, but may not be limited to, the following: 1. Vertical Turbine Can Pumps 2. Deep Well Vertical Turbine and Submersible Pumps (Deep well and booster) 3. Centrifugal Pumps 4. Diaphragm Pumps
