Description | 2023-2024 Mount Holly Complex Upgrades Phase 1: Roof Replacement at the Burlington County Administration Building & Courts Facility. 49 Rancocas Road, Mount Holly, NJ 08060 The Roof Replacement at the Burlington County Administration Building and Courts Facility shall include but not be limited to: Demolition and Replacement of All Existing Flat Roof Areas Provide and Install New Built-Up Roofing System With Mineral Surface Cap Sheet, 25 Year No Dollar Limit Warranty Existing Tapered Lightweight Concrete System Under the Existing Roof will Remain. Isolated Replacement/Repointing/Repair of Two Exterior Brick Areas on the Seven (7) Story Building. Trades Required: General Construction CONTRACT TIME: 260 Calendar Days LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $2,000 Per Calendar Day Question Cutoff Date: 9/5/2023 05:00 PM (ET) All questions must be submitted Electronically by the deadline. No questions will be answered after this date. The County of Burlington may reject all bids for any of the following reasons: a. The lowest bid substantially exceeds the cost estimate for the project; b. The lowest bid substantially exceeds the County's appropriation for the project; c. The Board of County Commissioners decides to abandon the project; d. The County wants to substantially revise the specifications for the project; e. The purposes of provisions or both of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law (P.L.1971,c.198,N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) are being violated; and f. The Board of County Commissioners decides to use the State authorized contract pursuant to section 12 of P.L.1971,c.198 (C.40A:11-12) If all bids are rejected, bid guarantees will be returned with three (3) days of the date of determination to reject. |
