Kiewit Middle School Gym AC Replacement

The entire project is within the Kiewit Middle School campus at 15650 Howard Street, Omaha, NE 68118. The project includes but is not limited to interior demolition of existing gym water cooled air conditioner, hydronic preheat coil, piping, associated controls and electrical, and installation of a new water source heat pumps, piping, associated general construction, electrical, and temperature control work inside and around the existing facility. CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY. Do NOT return Bid Documents, as no deposit refund will be issued. Remove and replace self-contained air conditioner, piping, ductwork, and controls, and provide new water source heat pumps, ductwork, piping, controls, and electrical.
