Safety Path Maintenance Project

Maintain a path clear of vegetation 10 feet above the pathway/bridge and a minimum of 2 feet adjacent to the pathway/bridge; sweep, clean, remove dirt, gravel debris, and vegetation from the full width of the pathway; and removal of any debris or garbage that is within the safety path easement or portion of the right-of-way where the safety path is located. Proper disposal of vegetation, removed cuttings, debris, etc. shall be included in this item. Grass mowing is not required as part of this item. Measurement for this item shall be by Lump Sum (LS), paid monthly for the entire maintenance season from April 1- November 1.
