The following is a Small Business Reserve Procurements for which award will be limited to Certified Small Business vendors. Only businesses that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, 14- 501 - 13-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and are certified by the Governor's Office of Small, Minority, and Women Business Affairs Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract. The MDOT SHA hereby notifies all bidders that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority/ disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this notice and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, sexual identity, genetic information or disability in consideration for an award.
