| Description | DHA is soliciting Offers from contracting firms that can provide general contracting services for the construction of the Sun Valley Infrastructure Package. Through this RFP, DHA intends to select a general contractor to construct the horizontal infrastructure portion of the SV redevelopment, including but not limited to site demolition (housing units have been demolished and removed), over-lot grading, storm and sanitary sewer, water, and roadways as set forth in the approved plans. |
