The intent of this solicitation is to seek a contractor to provide qualified personnel for the inspection, testing, disassembly, preventative maintenance/repair, reassembly and emergency service as specified herein for six Carrier Centrifugal Chillers and related power plant equipment located at Building 17 on the Harriman State Office Building Campus, Albany, NY 12226.
