Debris Removable of Sunbury Boat Ramp

Remove debris at Sunbury Boat Ramp (31.764 lat, -81.278 long) and artificial reef deployment at Van Dyke Inshore Artificial Reef (31.686518 lat, -81.197901 long). Debris removal will consist of removing pilings, piling footers, and other debris from the tidal and sub-tidal area adjacent to/south of Sunbury boat ramp (some pilings/piling footers are ABOVE Low Tide, some pilings are BELOW Low Tide). There are approximately 65 piling footers and approximately 50 pilings, along with other debris estimated at 40 tons. The piling footers, pilings, and other debris that is not able to be removed completely will be removed to the mud line, providing an otherwise flat bottom. The material from this removal that is acceptable for artificial reefs is to be loaded onto a barge for inshore transport to Van Dyke Inshore Artificial Reef. Unacceptable material should be removed from site.
