The vanity in the main level bathroom needs the cracked topped replaced. New faucet installed in the new top eliminating the old hardware. The house needs receptacles and switches replaced throughout the first and second floor living spaces. Replace dining room fixture with new light. Replace First floor bedroom with new light fixture. Install a light in basement stairwell over landing. Switch at the top of stairs controlling landing light and light at bottom of stairs over the utility area. Install new downspout on front of the house replacing existing with a hole. Caulk exterior holes in siding with white caulk preventing water infiltration. Install missing corners where they are absent preventing any water infiltration.
