The work scope consists of replacing 2 air handling units, adding chilled water system and five (5) exhaust fans. The construction work includes ductwork connections, chiller and chilled water piping system, valves, conduit, wire, supports for raceway, piping and equipment, miscellaneous material and all labor to provide a complete and operable system for Dormitory #3 at the Rockville Correctional Facility.
