Somerset Toilet Rooms Alterations Project

Contractors for alterations made to three existing toilet rooms at two different locations: Somerset South Elementary School located at 700 Read Street, Somerset, MA 02726 and North Elementary School located at 580 Whetstone Hill Road, Somerset, MA 02726. The Work includes, but is not limited to, removing, and replacing all the existing plumbing fixtures at both schools, and all related items of Work as required to complete the project. The South Elementary School job involves fixture and duct work replacement, and the relocation of a steam radiator in two separate toilet rooms. The North Elementary School project consists of converting one existing toilet room into a handicapped accessible toilet room.

Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems, Lighting, Interior Lighting, Exterior Lighting.
