HHW Heat Exchanger 006 Replacement

Texas A&M University seeks proposals from qualified vendors for the CUP HHW Heat Exchanger 006 Replacement project on the main campus located in College Station, TX. Equipment is to be as specified and detailed in the attached Specifications and Drawings. Note that this Request for Proposal is being issued via the TAMU AggieBid E-commerce platform. However, all responses may be submitted as clearly defined in Section 3.2.7 and Section 6.1 of the RFP. There is no Pre-proposal Conference and Walk-thru scheduled for this project. However, any vendor wishing to visit the site can schedule a visit by contacting Clyde Oberg at the information listed below. As mandated by the State of Texas and Texas A&M, the HUB Subcontracting Plan (Appendix B) is a requirement of all bid submissions. Failure to appropriately complete and return this document will result in the disqualification of your submission.
