| Description | Furnish and install the following items as needed to complete the project as shown herein: 1. Tear off and remove all vertical base flashings. the existing asphalt roof shall remain in lace 2. Install reinforced perimeter fastening strip at all vertical flashing areas. 3. Install .060 Fleeceback thermoplastic olefin (TOP) fully adhered roofing membrane directly over the existing asphalt roof area. 4. Install .060 fuuly adhered base flashings. 5. Flash all mechanical/roof penetrations. 6. Install 24-gauge metal edgings. 7. Furnish the TPO Manufacturers 20-year roof warranty. Furnish and install the following items as needed to complete the project as shown herein: 1. Sweep off and remove the gravel surfacing. 2. Tear off and remove the Asphalt down to the Tectum Roof Deck 3. Install 1 1/2 wood nailer to all open roof edges. 4. Install 1 1/2 ISO Insulation 5. Install RPF strip at all vertical flashings areas. 6. Install .060 TPO fully adhered roofing membrane and flashings. 7. Install .060 TPO adhered base flashings 8. Install 24-gaugue metal edgings 9. Furnish the TPO Manufacturers 20-year Warranty |
