Chimney needs to be taken below the roof line and sheathing patched. Permit required for the flue. Remove old shingles and repair the few damaged areas from the tree. Ice & Snow and water barrier applied over all the sheathing. 30-yr architectural shingles installed to homeowner’s color choice. Permit required for roof. |
