Blakely Borough Mott Haven Section Block 3 Street Improvement Project

The purpose of this project involves the elevator reconstruction that will consist of replacing the current elevator mechanical and electrical systems as needed, along with a new starter and replacement of the current power unit. Secondarily a new ADA Emergency Phone will be installed on the panel to replace the current handset behind a door set up. A new self-leveling unit along with infrared electronic door edges will be installed, new raised braille markings on all floors, hall fixtures and position indicators will also be added with vandal-resistant floor buttons. Smoke detectors, a new ladder, and switches will be added in the pit area. All other mechanical and operating devices will be replaced as needed.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
