Construction Services for repairs and sumps replacement at the Church Street Garage, located on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus. Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process. The total construction budget for this Project is $456,000 (current dollars, no escalation). A TGB Matchmaking Sheet may be posted during the Pre-Proposal Meeting on which potential Respondents or subcontractors can identify themselves as a Targeted Business as well as indicate their interest in a partnership with Targeted Businesses on the Project. If applicable, the TGB Matchmaking Sheet is made publicly available after the meeting via addenda The University requires the Project to be substantially complete by no later than November 30, 2023.
