Description Project consists of the installation of water main and appurtenances within the Westchester Joint Water Works system, as follows: Installation of approximately 647 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances including the replacement of 20 service connections to replace the existing 6-inch cast iron water main and two hydrants in Woodside Avenue from Grant Street to Jefferson Street in the Town/Village of Harrison, NY. The project includes the protection of existing utilities, replacement of grassed areas, surfacing, etc. Additional responsibilities include disinfection and pressure testing of the installed water mains.
