Waterville Airport Runway Edge Lighting System Replacement

Site Directions: Waterville Airport For the Chelan Douglas Regional Port AUTHORITY (CDRPA) 2022 Waterville Airport - Runway Edge Lighting System Replacement project. The project generally consists of work to replace the runway edge lighting system at the Waterville Airport. Work items include new cable, conduit, edge lights, trenching, electrical control system, construction of a precast vault building, and associated work items. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Only properly executed proposals submitted on the forms furnished by CDRPA will be accepted. All bidders are required to submit a list of subcontractors that will perform work on the project amounting to ten percent (10%) or more of the contract amount. This project includes Washington State Department of Transportation funds and is subject to the prevailing wage provisions of the Washington State Public Works Laws, and related acts. Payments to the Contractor will not be made unless an Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages have been filed and approved for the Prime Contractor and all subcontractors and all certified payrolls have been submitted and approved. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
