Description | As of June 20, 2022.The project has not yet awarded. Estimated budget $17,000,000-18,000,000 The Owner will only accept bids from contractors that have been prequalified. SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following major elements: Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to construct the Hudson River Water Reclamation Facility as shown on the attached Overall Site Plan, and as detailed in the below table entitled Table 1. Please be advised that the complete set of Drawings will be released to all prequalified contractors on April 20, 2022. The work shall include, but not be limited to, a raw sewage pump station, plant pump station, headworks with a mechanical screen and grit separator, two (2) Sequencing Batch Reactors, a post - equalization basin, a concrete structure to house a future sequencing batch reactor, tertiary disc filters, a chlorine contact chamber, an effluent structure with a low-profile cascade aerator and metering flume, an aerobic digester, a concrete structure to house a future aerobic digester, a sludge dewatering building, a bulk chemical storage structure, a chemical feed building, a blower/electrical building, a control building, instrumentation, on-site generators, electrical, and SCADA. The work also includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, site work, yard piping, stormwater piping, asphalt and gravel roads, erosion and sediment control measures, grassing, construction staking, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance delivery of materials, taxes, and all other appurtenances necessary for completion of the Work. Time allotted for completion of work is 720 calendar days from the date of a written Notice to Proceed from Owner. The Work, if awarded, will be awarded in one (1) Contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. |
