Description

Scope of Work Unless indicated otherwise in the documents, contractor performing this work shall furnish all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility, transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the following Scope. Project is Design-Bid-Build. Scope is identified as: 1) Replacing the existing evaporative cooling, ground-mounted systems with refrigerated-air units, installing new VAV boxes, new building automation system, replacing some existing ducting and insulation; 2) Ceiling replacement in several areas; 3) Replacing electrical gear and wiring; 4) Replacing lighting in 95% of the building; and 5) Replacing boiler systems.
