Bridgeton High School Loading Dock Expansion and New Freezer

Scope of work includes a new approx. 140 SF freezer box including refrigeration equipment to supplement an existing freezer unit already at Bridgeton High School loading dock. Work primarily includes the construction of a 150 SF raised concrete pad to the left of, and level with the existing loading dock to support the new freezer box. The project includes new concrete footings, CMU and Brick veneer walls from below grade to dock level and a concrete pad. The project includes the new freezer box which is to be set on top of the new pad and all site fabrication and setup as required. Provision of power to the vicinity of the new freezer box and intergation of a monitoring alram for the new freezer will be by the district and is not in contract but contract work should include coordination with same to provide a fully functioning unit.
