Kansas State Fair Expo Center

The Project consists of the renovation of the Expo Center at the Kansas State Fair. The Work consists of a new metal roof and insulation, removal and installation of a new fence and concrete enclosure around the interior dirt arena, replacing (4) sectional doors, replacing hollow metal doors and frames, replacing all of the fixtures in the restrooms including the toilets, sinks, faucets, shower faucets & partitions, installing new fluid-applied flooring in the restrooms, structural work on the building structure including sand-blasting and epoxy painting and pouring of concrete infill areas.
