Replacement of a Roof Top Heating and Ventilation Unit at Harwich Elementary School Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The successful bidder must provide all the necessary labor and materials to replace the existing roof top heating and ventilation unit. This must include: Project management. Acquisition of permits as necessary. Disconnect, removal and proper disposal of existing unit. Supply and installation of a replacement unit, in same location. Connect electrical and other piping and wiring as necessary. Integrate with existing Trane Tracer SC control system. New unit must come with 10 year warranty for heat exchanger parts and 5 year warranty on other parts.
