Professional Engineering Services for the West Wooster Street Water and Sewer Improvements

West Wooster Street and Haskins Road, between Church Street and Wallace Avenue, there are several areas where multiple water lines and combination sewer lines serve customers in the same immediate area. Additionally, there are two cross-country sewers that will be eliminated upon completion of this project. One sewer to be eliminated crosses Haskins Road between Wooster Street and Parker Street and heads east toward Meeker Street. The other sewer to be eliminated crosses the north half of Wooster Street between Meeker Street and North Maple Street and heads north toward Wallace Avenue. The project will install a new 12" water line and new water service lines for each customer in the public right-of-way. The new combination sewer on Wooster Street and Haskins Road will be sized to carry sanitary and storm flows for all existing sewers in addition to the two cross-country sewers. The new sewer will be installed in the public right-of-way and connect to the existing 60-inch combination sewer located at the intersection of Wooster Street and Meeker Street. New sewer laterals will be installed for every customer in the public right-of-way.
