| Description | This request for proposal is to replace the existing sound system in the auditorium at McCluer South Berkeley with the below listed equipment No proposal will be considered unless submitted on the enclosed Request for Proposal form. The bidder may attach appropriate supplements to the form. Purchase Orders for items on which proposals are accepted will be issued to the lowest responsible bidder complying with all of the Terms and Conditions. However, the Board of Education reserves the right to make such selections that, in its judgment, are best suited and most acceptable for the purpose intended. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof. |
