Main Street and Washington Street Water Improvements

The work to be completed under this Contract includes but not limited to: 1. Construction of a new water main and water services, complete and operable, at the locations shown on the drawings or where directed, and in accordance with the specifications. 2. Certain night work, construction of temporary water systems and maintenance of the existing potable water system, to provide uninterrupted flow to businesses and residents, wherever possible. 3. Maintenance and protection of all other utilities throughout construction. 4. Maintenance of Traffic and maintenance of roadways, driveways andtrenches. 5. Piping modifications where necessary to connect to existing systems. 6. Roadway and pavement restorations as shown or where directed. 7. Complete restoration of all properties both public and private. Restorations hall be performed continuously as the work progresses. 8. Vibration monitoring and control of vibration limits to prevent damage to adjacent structures and properties.
