Description

General landscape maintenance on municipal properties. Proposals must include all labor, materials, chemicals, biologicals, transportation and equipment necessary to perform required work for maintenance of lawns, groundcovers, perennials, shrubs, trees and hardscape. This maintenance will include but not be limited to mowing, trimming, edging, herbicides, fungicides, and pesticides, pruning, weeding, replacement plantings (as approved by City), loose trash removal, leaf removal, hardscape repair (as approved by City) and spring / fall cleanup.
