Description

Towson University is seeking a qualified general contractor to provide all labor, equipment and materials to perform re-construction services at the SECU Arena. The Work consists of: 1. Removal and replacement of the existing Towson University’s SECU Arena promenade walkway and wall’s bluestone caps. 2. Removal and resetting of existing railings and light poles. 3. Testing and compacting of the SECU Arena promenade walkway’s subgrade. 4. Installation of two new light poles, handboxes and associated conduit. 5. Alternate #1: Demolition and reconstruction of the entry way to the promenade.
