Job Ordering Construction Term Contract 9

The Hillsborough County Facility Management and Real Estate Services Department seeks up to three (3) experienced and qualified Contractors to provide ongoing and as needed minor facilities general construction and renovation services at any of its various facilities and sites. The anticipated Work to be performed may include, but will not be limited to the following; interior building repairs and renovations, building construction, re-roofing, exterior building repairs and renovations, Site Work/utilities/landscaping, park improvements of all types, electrical/mechanical/plumbing Work, and special construction as further defined in the attached Special Conditions. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment for the accomplishment of all Work as described in the Specifications, as shown on the Plans if provided, and as directed by the Project Manager in accordance with the expressed or obvious intent of the Contract.
