IFB Boulder Bluff Elementary (BBE) Roofing Replacement-WMBEC Project Number 2021-227 All questions must be submitted to Ashley Cash, via email, at casha@bcsdschools.net prior to the deadline for questions stated herein. Answers to all questions will be provided via written addenda posted to the District's solicitation page. The amount of surety shall be five per cent (5%) of the total bid amount. This bid bond penalty may be expressed in terms of a percentage of the bid price or may be expressed in dollars and cents. contractor shall provide performance and payment bond in the full amount of the contract sum, issued by a surety company licensed in South Carolina, with an "A" minimum rating of performance as stated in the most current publication of "best's key rating guide, property liability" which shall show a financial strength rating of at least five (5) times the contract amount. Each bond must be accompanied by a "power of attorney" authorizing the attorney-in-fact to bind the surety and certified to include the date of the performance bond. Issue Statement of Award Notice (estimate only) 04/28/2022 The District may cancel this solicitation in whole or in part. The District may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part. All responses will be made in the form of addenda to the bid documents. No questions will be answered after 5:00 PM on April 14, 2021
