Description Term contract during the recent two (2) years either for a government entity or private business for at least one (1) full calendar year on a building complex comprised of commercial/educational buildings and parking areas. The term contract is defined as a contractual agreement with an Owner to provide renovation and maintenance services for a building complex on an as needed basis. The building complex shall be comprised of more than 8 facilities of multiple stories with a combined square footage of at least 300,000 SF. The General Contractor will have performed in excess of $200,000 in renovations and maintenance repairs
