Environmental Laboratory Complex

a. Construct Work as described in the Contract Documents. The Work to be performed is described in general, non-inclusive terms and includes furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the construction of the Environmental Laboratory Complex laboratory building, boat storage building, and site improvements. Drawings and Specifications do not indicate or describe all the Work required to complete the Project. Additional details required for the correct installation of selected products are to be provided by the CONTRACTOR and coordinated with the ENGINEER. b. At all times, observe and comply with all Laws and Regulations which in any manner limit, c. Control, or apply to the actions or operations of the CONTRACTOR, their Subcontractor(s), or their employees, agents or servants, engaged in performance of the Work. The Site will include two additional facilities on the BRA campus. First, a new Environmental Services Laboratory will be approximately 10,000 square-feet and provide space for approximately 80 analytical equipment testing areas. The laboratory will include enhanced HVAC systems, as well as an open laboratory concept with custom bench space within the laboratory, enclosed task specific laboratory rooms, and specific storage and support facilities. In addition to the laboratory an Enclosed Boat Storage building will be constructed. This solicitation requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan to be completed and submitted. The HUB Subcontracting Plan is attached to this solicitation.
