Gulf Village and Oaklawn Homes Make Ready and General Repair Services

The Mobile Housing Board owns and manages public housing apartments consisting of one, two-, three-bedroom apartments units that will be Made Ready for Occupancy within the time-period found herein after Contractor(s) receiving the Notice to Proceed. Other work items included but not limited to floor repairs, painting, wall repairs, replacement of window replacement of wall heaters, hot water heaters, cabinets and general repairs on an as needed basis. The contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, electricity, water, materials, supplies, etc., required for the performing of the unit make ready work at requested public housing units and floor repairs on an as needed basis in developments where apartments have been constructed on piers. The Mobile Housing Board has provided a detailed description of the work to be performed to ensure that the work is performed and completed in a manner that all vacant apartments will be cleaned, repaired and ready for occupancy and where floor repairs will be performed.
