Description | All inquiries requesting information should be in writing sent via mail to tariq_malveaux@fws.gov Period of Performance: 08/04/2022 to 01/31/2023 Range of Magnitude is between $15,000 and $75,000. Remove and correctly dispose of approximately 1,358 square feet of sheet vinyl and carpet including padding, tac strips, nails, and staples. Prepare wood subfloor for installation of vapor barrier and Locking Vinyl Tile (LVT). LVT must be natural wood pattern and light in color and tone, color must be approved by COR (suggested specs below). Purchase and install LVT throughout the house (Approximately 1,358sqft) Vinyl orientation will be determined on site for best appearance, utilization of product, and approved by COR prior to installation. There are five (5) exterior doorways that will meet the newly installed flooring. Weather stripping to prevent water from entering and damaging flooring is a must. There are six (6) internal doors. Internal doorways transition shall be smooth as all rooms are getting identical flooring. Remove base board to permit proper installation of flooring. Baseboard that is not damaged may be reused and re-installed; if baseboard is damaged, it shall be replaced with material matched as closely as possible in appearance and composition to the existing color, size, and shape. Remove base board heaters and properly disconnect from power source. Replace with base board molding to match existing material as closely as possible in appearance and composition to the existing color, size, and shape. Remove wood stove and pipe, repair ceiling and metal roof. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
