This program provides funds for study and replacement of aged city facilities specifically the Argonne Armory Building located at 602 Robert D. Ray Drive which is no longer a functional space for city staff and residents. This project is in included in the City of Des Moines FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
