Description | **As of March 23, 2023, Project is still under review. Questions Due Date: Feb 6th 2023, 11:30 PM EST The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, for replacement of Parking Lot Lighting Poles and Fixtures as necessary at the referenced locations in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. Location- Pembroke Pines YMCA Aquatic Center - 1361 NW 129th Ave Pembroke Pines, FL 33028. Demolition of Work Protect adjacent areas to minimize any damage. Remove and dispose of existing lighting poles, concrete bases, and fixtures. Leave existing wire and pull boxes as noted on plans for new equipment. Properly dispose of all materials removed. New Work Contractor to verify pull box locations and circuits in field. All poles, fixtures and brackets shall be Green. Furnish and install seventeen (17) embedded poles. Furnish and install (17) pole mount led with bracket (see plans attached) Provide and install all necessary equipment for parking lot lighting control such as time clock, photocell, relays, etc. Provide all necessary trenching and/or directional boring, conduits, boxes, and wire to provide service to new pole locations. (see attached) Existing Circuits to be reused for new lighting, contractor to verify wire conditions prior to installation. Replace any damaged conduit, pull boxes and wire as needed for new installation, separate line-item pricing to be provided in bid submittal. Restore all sod, pavement, sidewalks, curbs, and any surface disturbed during installation Intent to Bid by Feb 28, 2023 2:00 PM EST. |
