| Description | The contractor is to remove and dispose of existing air handlers and condensing units. Contractor is to install two new 7.5 ton heat pump condensers and two new 7.5 ton air handlers with heat strips. The new units will match existing units voltage and phase. The heat strips shall match existing units btu. The contractor will install new programmable thermostats. The contractor will connect the new units to existing duct. All duct joints and connections will be sealed with mastic. The contractor shall install a new line sets. The contractor shall install new power wiring and conduit from the disconnects to the unit. The contractor is responsible for all permits and inspections. |
