West Venice Avenue Water Main Improvements

Two (2) new 6-inch PVC water main, each approximately 2,500 LF, on Venice Avenue, between The Esplanade and Ave De Parques (~5,000 LF of new water main), and installation includes applicable isolation valves and fire hydrant assemblies. Installation of approximately 500 LF of new 8-inch PVC water main on The Esplanade, between Granada Avenue and Venice Avenue. Connections from the new mains to existing service lines serving existing meters and fire protection systems or fire hydrant lines. Abandonment of approximately 2,500 LF of existing 6-inch water main along Venice Avenue and approximately 500 LF of existing 8-inch water main along The Esplanade. Root pruning of existing trees along Venice Avenue shall be performed as shown on the drawings with restoration. No new customers are being served by this project.
