Description

The process to be used in the selection of the General Contractor is comprised of two steps. STEP I is the Submittal of Prequalification and STEP II is submission of the bid. Sealed bids will be accepted only from those firms who are selected as pre-qualified by the University of Colorado Boulder for this project. This project involves the conversion of various HVAC systems in the University Memorial Center (UMC) to direct digital control. Scope includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of various pneumatic controls, associated valves, actuators, VAV boxes and sensors. All DDC controls will be Andover to match existing systems.
