Plans call for parking facility rehabilitation at 100 East First Street, Mount Vernon and 450 Saw Mill River Road, Ardsley including pavement restorations, signage and striping, sidewalk and curbing repairs, drainage and lighting improvements, fencing and all associated work. As of October 22, 2020, the budget plan for the next fiscal year which has been formally approved by a majority vote of the County Board of Legislators. The Westchester County Board of Legislators will receive the proposed Capital Budget and the proposed Operating Budget and are charged with passing the County Budget by the end of December 2020.
