Experienced firms to establish a contract for Project Management Services for the relocation of UMC support and ancillary services to an off-site location on the behalf of The El Paso County Hospital District d/b/a University Medical Center (“Hospital District, University Medical Center, Owner or Hospital”). The selection of the firm will be at the sole discretion of University Medical Center and will be based on University Medical Center’s sole opinion about which firm best meets the needs and requirements of University Medical Center.
