Remove existing restroom and other miscellaneous facilities and related plumbing fixtures and service/supply lines and reinstall and retrofit those locations with new restroom facilities, plumbing fixtures and service/supply lines for the Turner Recreation Commission Building, located at 831 South 55 th Street, Kansas City, KS 66106. The project will also consist of selective interior remodel work related to the installation of the new plumbing facilities and restroom areas, as shown on the Contract Documents prepared by Kevin Cowan Architects on 15 August, 2022.
