| Description | The Board of Education of Evanston Township High School District 202 will accept sealed bids for the 2023 Painting to be opened and read publicly at Evanston Township High School in S-133 located at 1600 Avenue Evanston, Illinois 60201. It is the contractor's responsibility to make sure that their sealed bids arrive in the Operations Office S-133 at the ETHS High School Building. Do not leave bids at the Security Desk, Do not send bids by mail. Contractors shall comply with the Prevailing Wage Act(Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 48, Section 395-1-12) The owner reserves the right to waive any or all bids, or to accept that bid which, in his/her judgment, is in the best interest of the Board of Education. Minorities are encouraged to bid. It is the responsibility of each bidder to make sure that your sealed bid is received in the Operations Office S-133.
