Sewer Plant Expansion (SCRWA) - 303093 - City of Morgan Hill

Constructed in 1994, the South County Regional Wastewater Authority (SCRWA) treatment plant continues to treat wastewater collected from the Cities of Morgan Hill and Gilroy. In FY 2021/22, planned expansion of the treatment plant commenced. This project consists of plant improvements that will increase the overall treatment capacity while also implementing new standards from the State Water Resources Control Board. The project is managed by SCRWA and the City reimburses costs associated with construction per the Joint Powers Authority agreement. This project is included in the City of Morgan Hill's FY 2022-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of August 26, 2022, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available.
