Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Construction Sources Sought

The following areas of interest (interested vendor may submit in one or more area) are: Sitework, Paving and Concrete - Single Award and/or IDIQ Protective Coating - Single Award and/or IDIQ Carpet and Flooring - Single Award and/or IDIQ Sitework, Paving and Concrete Single Award and/or IDIQ JBAB anticipates awarding Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract(s) under North American Classification System (NAICS) 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with the small business size standard of $39.5M. The general scope is for the Contractors to provide repair/replacement of roadways, curbing, and sidewalks, including required demolition and earthwork, at various locations throughout JBAB. Examples of the type of work may include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and minor designs to accomplish simultaneous pavement maintenance projects. Physical construction will consist of installation and repair of paving and any incidental items such as utility lines, repair/install fencing, manholes, and landscaping. Protective Coating Single Award and/or IDIQ JBAB anticipates awarding Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract(s) under NAICS Code 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors with the small business size standard of $16.5M The general scope is for the Contractors to provide Protective Coating include a broad range of exterior painting, interior facility maintenance, signage, pavement markings, and sealant refinishing. Carpet and Flooring Single Award and/or IDIQ JBAB anticipates awarding Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract(s) under NAICS Code 238330 Flooring Contractors with the small business size standard of $16.5M The general scope is for the Contractors to provide a wide array of floor related services/minor construction to remove/install flooring (various types to include building/gym such as: vinyl, hardwood, laminate, carpet, etc.), cove base, patching floor, proper disposal and labor to remedy unusual requirements related to the installation or replacement of flooring materials such as: Asbestos, uneven sub-flooring, etc.
